Årsstämman i Hemply Balance Holding AB (publ), 559206–7168 (”Bolaget”) ägde rum idag den 29 juni 2021. Mot bakgrund av den extraordinära situation som råder till följd av covid-19-pandemin genomfördes stämman med enbart poströstning, utan fysiskt deltagande.
Högsta domstolen i Frankrike upphäver beslut som förbjuder laglig försäljning av CBD. Beslutet innebär att CBD som producerats på EU:s inre marknad inte kan anses olagligt i Frankrike. Med utgångspunkt i den fria handeln inom EU menar Cour de cassation att CBD får säljas fritt i franska butiker och upphäver följaktligen tidigare beslut om förbud
