Payment and pricing
All prices are current but are subject to change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is calculated on the checkout page, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.
Currently we offer safe, simple and fast card payment: VISA and Mastercard
Hemply Balance adheres to the Consumer Purchase Act and also the Distance Contract Act when purchasing products via our website. To complete an order, it is required that you are 18 years of age or older or have the consent of the guardian.
Deliveries and returns
€9 for deliveries within EU, €15 for deliveries to non-EU countries. Free shipping worldwide on purchases over €100. Delivery time 3 – 5 working days.
For customers shopping from non EU countries, an import charge may be added from the distribution company. This fee is based on the handling of the package and is a variable cost.
Conditions for delivery are also stated on the checkout page under each delivery method. If not stated, a 30-day delivery time applies. If a product has a different delivery time, it is stated in the information for each respective product. If delivery delays occur, we will notify you by e-mail. As a customer you always have the right to cancel the purchase should delivery delays occur. We will do everything we can to complete your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier or distributor cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to a disclaimer from any remuneration to customers regarding delivery delays.
Returns are made at your own expense unless the product is defective, or we have packed the wrong product. Returns should be sent as a letter or a parcel, not cash on delivery. On exchange, we pay the new shipping from us to you. Be sure to get a receipt when you return the package, this is your proof that you have returned the goods. We have a 14-day open purchase policy (money-back guarantee).
It’s important that you enclose the delivery note with your return. Then we can make the return process easier and faster.
We follow the distance contract regulations, and thus you have the right to return the ordered goods without giving any reason. You can cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or major part of your order). The product(s) should be returned well packaged, in good condition and in their original box.
If you as a customer have handled the product to a greater extent than necessary to determine its properties or function, and this has led to a decrease in value for the returned product, we have the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the product’s decrease in value from the amount to be refunded. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept returns if the product/products have been opened.
How to make a return:
- Contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) and ask for a return slip, attach your order confirmation in the email.
- You will receive a return slip from us which needs to be printed and pasted on the package.
- Submit to any DHL Service Point.
- The money should be back in your account within 7-14 days.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the product(s) as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we have received the product(s). You are responsible for return postage when you return products.
You are obliged to check your products as soon as you receive them. If the product(s) should be defective or broken, please contact our Customer service by e-mail and attach a picture of the defective product. We will need your return of the defective or broken product within 2 months from the purchase date to be able to get your money refunded.
When you place your order with us you will need to provide some personal data. In connection with your order, you agree that we may store and use your information in our business to complete the agreement with you. According to the Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR), you as a customer can at any time request extracts, changes or deletions of this personal data. If this becomes the case, please contact us by e-mail.
