Buy CBD Oil or CBD Hemp Oil?
We find many names for the things we love. Both names are commonly used and this causes a lot of confusion. On this page, we will try to sort it out. CBD oil is, by definition, actually a product made from an isolate of hemp extract where CBD is isolated and extracted and other important cannabinoids are removed. CBD Hemp oil, on the other hand, is produced directly from the natural hemp extract without isolation and therefore always contains both CBD and other cannabinoids as well as terpenes. Many products on the market are sold and marketed under the name CBD oil even though they contain other cannabinoids than CBD. This is misleading because these products are also de facto hemp oil.
What is CBD oil?
CBD Oil is, by definition, actually a product made from an isolate of hemp extract. In other words, a product where CBD is isolated and extracted while other important cannabinoids are removed. This method is mainly used in the manufacture of medicines where it is necessary to regulate the strength and content of CBD in the drug that is developed. Thus, only CBD (and in some cases THC) is extracted and isolated from the hemp plant and put back together. Such a product no longer retains the natural content of many different cannabinoids and the benefits of these are lost. Products from Hemply Balance are not drugs, have never been produced from isolates and will never be manufactured that way. They are produced from a natural hemp extract that contains a high and even content of CBD but also a wide range of other cannabinoids such as CBN, CBG and CBC as well as natural terpenes. This is called phytocannabinoid-rich hemp oil, or simply hemp oil.
What is CBD Hemp oil?
CBD Hemp Oil consists of a natural hemp extract that is extracted in its entirety from the hemp plant as well as a carrier, for example, hemp seed oil. The extract thus contains all the cannabinoids and terpenes that were present in the plant from the beginning such as CBD, CBG, CBN, THC and CBC. This is called a natural, full-spectrum extract. The disadvantage of this extract is that it also contains THC in more or less large quantities depending on the type of hemp used. THC is a narcotic classed drug in many parts of the world and in these places, it is illegal to sell, buy and use. CBD Hemp oil from Hemply Balance is produced by a natural hemp extract with a small addition, or rather a subtraction – a unique, patented method that removes every trace of THC. We are actually quite alone in our ability to claim and prove this! What we use is a natural broad-spectrum extract where all cannabinoids, except THC, remain. Completely legal and completely natural.
What is MCT oil?
MCT stands for Medium Chain Triglycerides (medium-chain saturated fatty acids) and is a unique form of fat. Due to their shorter chain length, MCT has several unique properties that give them advantages over longer fatty acids.
The shorter chain length means that MCT can be absorbed and burned by the body more quickly. This, in turn, is used in a much smoother conversion to instant fuel of organs and muscles. Namely, MCT is taken up, without the need for bile, from the intestine directly to the blood (the portal vein), which is on its way to the liver, in contrast to the longer fatty acids that go through the lymph and only then on to the liver. The rate at which the body absorbs MCT can be compared to the uptake of glucose.
Studies show that when MCT is combined with CBD, CBD is absorbed 3 times more more efficiently than when consumed alone or with “longer” oils.
MCT oil helps to absorb CBD by bypassing the ” normal quickly.” the digestive process, where CBD in this case normally deteriorates as it bypasses the liver. If you use MCT as a carrier of CBD, CBD is instead absorbed directly through the intestinal wall, and some users get a higher amount of CBD. With MCT as a carrier, not only is CBD absorbed faster but also more efficiently throughout the body.
What is hemp seed oil?
The oil from the hemp seeds. Yep. It’s as simple as that. Hemp-seed-oil. This product is not to be confused with hemp oil. Hemp seed oil contains no phytocannabinoids such as CBD, CBG, CBN or CBC, nor any terpenes. Hemp seed oil, on the other hand, contains a number of useful fatty acids, and is excellent for cooking and skincare. So, buy this oil if you want to get into Omega-3-6-9, enhance your salad or take care of your skin.
So, what do we recommend?
CBD Hemp oil, of course. Without a doubt, you should buy a product with a broad spectrum of cannabinoids because all of these interact and help each other do their jobs, it’s really important! Our CBD Hemp oil is completely free from THC by means of a unique production method. So really absolutely free of THC, zero %. Many companies write that their products are THC-free even though they contain a very small (not noticeable) amount of THC. This may be good to know because hemp products containing even the smallest amount of THC will appear on a drug test because THC is stored in the body. If you use a hemp product that contains 0.2% of THC or less a few times a week, enough THC is stored in your body to make it look like you have been using drugs on a standard drug test. As you probably understand, that can lead to a lot of problems.
