Hemply Balance Holding AB (publ) (”Hemply Balance” eller “Bolaget”) har med stöd av bemyndigande från årsstämman i juni 2021 fattat beslut om en riktad kvittningsemission av 124 000 aktier. Skälet till avvikelsen från aktieägarnas företrädesrätt och bakgrunden är en del av betalning av förvärvet av Hemp Juice Sp. z o.o (”Hemp Juice”) som Bolaget tidigare annonserat.
Hemply Balance Holding AB (publ) ("Hemply Balance" or "The Company") has, with the support of authorization from the Annual General Meeting in June 2021, decided on a directed set-off issue of 124 000 shares. The set of issue is part of the payment for the acquisition of Hemp Juice Sp. z o.o ("Hemp Juice") as previously announced by The Company.
