Den 22 november 2021 avslutades perioden för utnyttjande av teckningsoptioner av serie TO1 för teckning av aktier i Hemply Balance Holding AB (publ) (”Hemply Balance” eller ”Bolaget”). Totalt utnyttjades 59 766 teckningsoptioner för teckning av lika många aktier, innebärande en utnyttjandegrad om cirka 20,56 procent. Hemply Balance har även beslutat att uppta lån om totalt 5,0 MSEK. Motivet är att tillföra rörelsekapital för att finansiera fortsatt tillväxt. Totalt inbringar utnyttjande av teckningsoptioner samt upptagande av lån Bolaget cirka 6,3 MSEK.
Hemply Balance Holding AB (publ):s (”Hemply Balance” eller ”Bolaget”) emitterade under det andra kvartalet 2021, i samband med noteringen på NGM Nordic SME, 290 698 teckningsoptioner av serie TO1. Teckningskursen har fastställts till 21,50 SEK per aktie.
