Nordic SME is a multilateral trading platform for listing and trading in shares and share-related securities belonging to Nordic Growth Market NGM AB. A multilateral trading platform is a trading platform in accordance with MiFID II (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive).
An investor should keep in mind that shares and share-related securities listed on Nordic SME are not listed and that the company is therefore not covered by the same regulations for the protection of shareholders as listed companies.
